Client Support Specialist

POSITION PROFILEMay perform one or more of the following: copier operation, bindery, fulfillment, records management duties, receptionist & quality control

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES May include:

This position supports the daily operations of one or more MS (Managed Services) accounts including all of the following job functions: production copy & print services, scan services, finishing/bindery services, mail center services, records management services, supply fulfillment services and Receptionist services. The Field Client Support Specialist provides backup support and fills in for absences and vacations throughout the ACP, Managed Services locations. Responsible for supporting operational duties at all customer locations within a geographic territory. This position directly reports to the Managed Services Director.

This positon is full time M-F 7am - 4pm and offers a competitive hourly rate between $20-$24 per hour which is negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities and Duties

Perform mail deliveries to established locations within an account, either between departments or buildings.

Perform high volume copying on high end equipment for customers per their specifications. Uses all other copier/duplicator/binding equipment as needed.

Perform shipping and receiving duties.

Perform file room functions, including purging of files for archiving.

May perform mailroom functions, including sorting and filing of individual mail

Lifts and moves boxes.

Assists in implementation of new MS sites.

Fills in for absences or vacations.

May order paper, toner and office supplies.

Perform other MS duties as needed.

Supports the scan operation.

Requirements:

Requires high school diploma.

2-4 years related work experience.

Requires intermediate skill level on most common software applications.

Requires intermediate skill level on MS Office application.

Requires valid, violation-free driver's license.

Reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage.

Requires experience in use & operation of shrink-wrap, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, electric stapler, scales, collators & related equipment.

Requires experience in the operation of B&W high volume equipment.
