The Sr IT Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of IT projects, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders. The Sr IT Project Manager will utilize analytical skills, program management expertise, and information technology knowledge to ensure the successful implementation of projects.Must Haves7+ years of progressively responsible IT experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem-solving5+ years of successfully managing complex and cutting-edge projects5+ years of Business Unit or Business Unit-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem-solving5+ years experience leading diverse teams5+ years experience and ability in using soft skills/people skillsQualificationsAnalytical Skills, Program Management, and Information Technology knowledgeExcellent communication skillsExperience in project planning and executionAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesPMP certification and Program Manager training are a plusBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field requiredKnowledge and SkillsDistinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills.
