JOB DESCRIPTION:The Junior Salesforce Developer is responsible for working with a team of IT professionals in understanding and supporting the businesses through the design, development and implementation of Salesforce applications, application enhancements, and new platform capabilities.Responsibilities Include:
Working with development team on analysis, design, configuration, coding, testing, and deployment while adhering to current System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.Working with Business Analysts and gathering the business requirements before developing the application.Working closely with Salesforce team, business domain experts and other technical staff members.Creating Roles, Permission sets, Profiles, Public groups, Custom Objects, Custom fields, Triggers, Schedule classes, Batch classes, and Apex Test classes, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes and Debugging Logs.Testing - Performing and/or assisting others in validating the solution performs as expected. This includes and is not limited to system integration testing, performance testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing and defect remediation.Troubleshooting and fixing bugs in the system.Working on the customization part that is with the Apex Coding in terms of writing Apex classes, Triggers, Batch Classes and Schedule Classes and also involves in Front End UI using the Visual Force pages.Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.Must Have Skills & Qualifications:
Experience developing Salesforce applications preferably with Service cloud and Experience cloud.Proficient in SOQL, Apex, and VisualForce.Salesforce certified Administrator, Salesforce PD1 Certifications is must.Experience developing with Lightning frameworks (Aura/LWC)Experience developing within a professional Software Development Life Cycle methodology (Agile, SCRUM, and/or Waterfall, etc.)Exceptional debugging, problem solving, and analytical skills.Proven ability to design and build technical solutions using applicable technologies; ability to demonstrate exceptional coding skills and development discipline.Experience building complex, real-time data integrations between Salesforce and external systems.Salesforce product knowledge, including Service Cloud.
