Job DescriptionOVERVIEW :

We are hiring a Senior Analyst for our Business Intelligence (BI) team. As a member of that team, you will be exposed to all phases of the project lifecycle and will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Artisant Lane. This role requires hands-on expertise and participation in both business and technical analysis and solution development.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in utilizing technologies such as Oracle, Azure, windows scripting, and / or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Experience in migrating Oracle EBS and other ERP manufacturing and financials data. You will be instrumental in supporting the needs of our business, operations, and finance departments by leading business requirements gathering and creating (and executing on) a technical design to support those requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS :•B.S. or B.A. degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required•Two to five years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required•Proper U.S. work authorization•Some flexibility to travel 10%•Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and training) preferred

SKILLS - BI FOCUS :•Minimum five years of working development experience with Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Azure Data Factory, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), or Microsoft Power BI or Tableau•Intermediate to advanced SQL skills required. Experience with designing and developing relational data models to support Business Intelligence reporting a plus.•Working knowledge in MS Office required (MS Excel "power user" a plus)•Working knowledge in Windows operating system required (Unix experience, a plus)•Collaborate with project teams from various business units to understand data requirements, architecture, and objectives•Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using technologies like Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Azure Data Factory, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), or Microsoft Power BI or Tableau•Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading•Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business users, and IT teams, to deliver high-quality solutions•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members•Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to data engineering and analytics
