Description:

CTI is seeking an experienced TS/SCI polygraph cleared Software Developer (Middleware) to join our team in the Annapolis Junction area. Strong technical and development skills are necessary, development skills include Python, Java, Ruby; JSON, JSON schema, XML, XSD, REST APIs; Linux especially, but also Windows and Mac; Docker, Kafka; reverse engineering and analyzing network protocols.

The day-to-day:

As a Software Developer (Middleware) you will lead a team that designs, develops, and tests application software to fulfil program requirements on Windows and Unix platforms. You'll be building applications and Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) for custom applications; and responding to evolving requirements in an agile environment.

The qualifications (required):

•Must be a US Citizen

•Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph

•Minimum of six (06) years of experience developing with object-oriented programming languages.

•Minimum four (04) years of experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environment OR minimum four (04) years of experience developing Unix applications using make files or comparable build environments.

•Experience developing complex programs using C, C#, C++, Java, or other comparable languages.

•Minimum of two (02) years of experience leading projects that develop complex software, ensuring a collaborative environment and configuration management.

•Experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, and deploy).

The nice-to-haves (desired, not required):

•CNE development experience is preferred especially CNO dataflow and middleware experience.
