Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, the

Business Intelligence Manager

is experienced with insights applied to product development, communication and brand building. The Business Intelligence Manager is a strong co-partner with the Marketing, Commercial Sales, R&D, and Product Management teams helping to identify business and brand-building opportunities. This person's responsibility includes leading insight work transformed into actionable business intelligence. Responsible for delivering forward-thinking and foundational insights that enable short-term and long-term business objectives. This is a new position to the organization. This person will be responsible for standing up a new position creating new processes and strategies from the ground up.

This role is subject to our hybrid work model: we collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest of the week, you have flexibility to work wherever it suits you best.

What You'll Do

Seek out innovative, best-in-class approaches to address business issues, leading to improved research tools, methods, and processesParticipates in cross functional business meetings and processesLead consumer-centric work that can inspire communication and creative strategy, campaigns, and activationDesign and assist in leading qualitative and quantitative research initiatives - including needs identification, project design, execution, analysis, recommendations, and presentation of resultsCollaborate across the various functions within the organization to understand business needs and be the voice of the consumer to help aid decision making.Lead the design, coordination, moderation, and synthesis of qualitative research projects.Partner across MFT/Link (tie in with lifecycle asset management)Who You Are

Skills/Experience We're Looking For

Strong analytical, interpretation and reporting skillsStrong report writing and presentation skills, with ability to share across stakeholders of varying levels.Demonstrated experience managing external partners and ability to influence without formal authorityAbility to synthesize qualitative insights to craft a 'story' that addresses project objectives.Familiar with and knowledgeable of a broad range of consumer research techniques (both methodological and analytical).Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in market research, marketing, psychology, sociology or business administration. (MBA a plus)Minimum of 5 years industry experience in a role that includes qualitative and quantitative primary research (market research, user/customer research, product marketing research)Direct experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (comfortable writing survey questions, developing personas & journey maps, discussion guides, qualitative interviewing, and orchestrating focus groups)Experience working in the food service or beverage industry is preferred.Up to 30% travel requiredBenefits
