Job Description

Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Technical Program Analyst (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to



Responsible for the execution of one or more well-defined projects under direct guidance of manager or PM lead.



Participate in project scheduling and budgeting.



Persistently communicate and address obstacles delaying projects from delivering against objectives.



Showcase effective communication in reporting, notes, documentation, FAQs, escalations, and more.



Support Visa PMM required project gates and artifacts, fiscal management, and work estimation.



Position reports to the Employer’s Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree in Information systems or related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or in a Technical Program Analyst-related occupation.Working with technical teams developing software solutions.End user quality testing for new applications.Power BI and Python.Data privacy requirements such as Privacy Attestations, Retention and Encryption policies.Agile software development, including using Jira.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements:

This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements:

This position will be performed in an office setting.

The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $

146,266.00

USD to $

176,200.00

USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
