As a Talent Analytics Specialist, you will leverage your analytical expertise to drive strategic decision-making and optimize organizational performance, transforming HR data into actionable insights that will shape our people programs and overall candidate and employee experience. This role requires a strong background in data analysis and stakeholder management with a focus on using data-driven approaches to improve talent attraction, experience, engagement, retention, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. This position can be located at any major US site.**As a Talent Analytics Specialist, You Will:**+ Identify, collect, and analyze relevant HR data from various sources, including HR systems (Workday), employee surveys (Peakon, Candidate, Exit, etc.), talent assessments, performance evaluations, and external benchmarks.+ Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, identify patterns, correlations and trends, and draw meaningful insights.+ Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for people programs and intiatives.+ In partnership with HR Operations, develop and maintain reports and dashboards for tracking key HR metrics and trends.+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and forecast workforce needs and develop effective strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.+ Conduct analyses to identify skill gaps, talent pipeline gaps, and workforce trends, and provide recommendations to optimize talent planning processes.+ Support the enhancement of performance management and talent development programs based on data insights.+ Conduct retention analysis to identify factors influencing employee turnover and develop strategies to improve retention and increase engagement.Define and establish HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.+ Partner with Copeland's Enterprise Data & Analytics team on more advanced analytics needs.**Flexible Work Schedule – Remote Work Option and Core Hours**This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. You think conceptually while possessing a strong quantitative orientation. You collaborate effectively with others, are resourceful and demonstrate strong business acumen. You can communicate well, telling a concise story using data and insights with relevant business context. You are inspired to create a differentiated employee experience that attracts and retains high performing talent to Copeland.**Required Education, Experience & Skills:**+ Degree in business, economics, statistics, analytics, data science or a related field+ Some experience or exposure to HR / Talent / OD / Employee Experience / Behavioral Science+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analyst role in a data-focused environment+ Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis+ Experience with data visualization platforms (i.e. Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, Azure, etc.) required+ Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions which deliver a ROI+ Pragmatic, action and metric-oriented**Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:**+ Workday reporting experience and experience with Workday Prism, People Analytics and Adaptive\#LI-Hybrid #LI-MG1**Our Commitment to Our People**Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
