We strive to be an employer of choice!**What You-ll Do:**+ As a SeniorAdobe AEM Developer, you will have the ability to leaddevelopment of technical solutions on the Adobe Experience Managerplatform including templates, components, workflows, services, etc.Familiarity with front end technologies such as Bootstrap, JQuery, AngularJS, React, etc. Familiarity with Maven builds, development operationsautomation through Jenkins, Apache configuration are nice to have.**Minimum education qualification**+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.+ **Key responsibilities:**- Lead the development of technical solutions on the AdobeExperience Manager platform including templates, components, workflows,services, etc.- Lead the development of user experiences on the AdobeExperience Manager platform using front-end technologies such as Bootstrap,JQuery, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Assist in identifying and documenting functional requirements.- Contribute to analysis and design for system/application.- Build clickable HTML prototypes if required.- Involved in user story grooming process and chip in todetermining the sizing of the user stories prior to prioritization and slottingfor development.- Verify that Unit Test cases are written and updated withresults before sending for peer review- Create and Perform Unit Testing and peer reviews- Triage and remediate front-end code defects- Create documentation- Build solutions and present to customers**RequiredSkills/Qualifications:**- 5-7 years of demonstrated ability with AEM/CQ, front-enddevelopment, other Java based CMSs, including 3+ years in a Dev Lead role- Ability to develop front-end solutions in all of thefollowing technologies: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.- Experience implementing web pages using Adobe CQ5/AEM6.xContent Management (CMS)- Experience creating OSGI bundles, AEM Templates/Components,Workflow- Ability to read / incorporate wireframes, design comps, andstyle guides- Understanding of HTML prototyping tools such as: InVision,Adobe XD, Axure, and/or Origami- Experience with WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Accessibility standards- Good understanding and work experience of Java Frameworks(like Struts, Spring etc.) and knowledge of CRX and Apache Sling- Familiarity with Maven builds, development operationsautomation through Jenkins, Apache.- Knowledge of various AEM components like MSM, Mobile, I18N,Tagging, Translation, Search etc.- Experience migrating content from legacy systems to AEM.- Preferred - AEM 6 Developer certification and understandingof various Adobe cloud services which can be integrated with AEM**The benefits our employees enjoy:**+ 401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%.
