As the International Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects from estimating to invoicing on assigned international projects of Derse. This includes working with our production, logistics, and account management teams in monitoring & managing the project status, creative solution implementations, budget allocation, and resource distributions on assigned projects. International Project Manager Responsibilities

Review all work orders for required information prior to starting the projectEnsure credit checks and deposits are taking place per company policyExecute work order / part breakdown to facilitate job control and billing; manage and communicate change orders as they occurReview the estimate for general agreement with completeness, hours, materials, and subcontract dollarsDetermine the need and scope for detail drawings / set up drawings and initiate all work with detailingPlace purchase order requisitions for direct purchases and inform the stockroom in advance for any large quantity stock items requiredLead quality put-to-detail, put-to-work and final job review prior to ship meetings. Manage the need for Show Service Coordinator participationEnsure all parties are clear on their scope of workMeet with shop personnel and supervisors regularly to make sure personnel have complete info to keep working and that hours are maintained.Communicate project status at weekly production meetings with emphasis on project quality, timing and budget.Provide onsite supervision of international project installationsDirect job close out at weekly production meetings to support timely client billing; manage all final billing processesMaintain Project Management records per Derse policy and procedures including but not limited to standardized physical files and all digital documentation placed in the appropriate client folders on the networkInsure all three project management goals are met including project quality, on time, on budgetRequirements

International Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelors and/or Associates Degree with 5 + years of related experienceAbility to travel Internationally is requiredPrior project management experience in trade show industry desiredFlexible and able to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentStrong conflict resolution skills combined with an ability to multi-task
