Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer with experience in Power Apps to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. This position will develop and support cloud and client-based applications for internal customers throughout North America.

As a SharePoint Developer with Power Apps Experience, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions, as well as creating custom applications using Power Apps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and IT professionals, to understand business requirements and deliver robust solutions that improve business processes and collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Duties:

•Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.

•Implement security and permissions within SharePoint to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

•Develop and maintain SharePoint web parts and custom solutions.

•Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.

•Ensure that security and compliance are not compromised in delivering a release product at an accelerated timeline. Incorporate testing as early as possible into the development and delivery lifecycle and making ensure that IT policies and standards are followed.

•Document all work, system documentation, users manuals and training programs and organize/deliver training at all levels of the organization.

Power Apps Development:

•Create custom Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.

•Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint to provide comprehensive business solutions.

•Implement data connections, formulas, and logic in Power Apps to achieve desired functionality.

•Test and optimize Power Apps for performance and usability.

Collaboration and Support:

•Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.

•Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.

•Collaborate with local and global IT teams to ensure proper integration with other systems and technologies.

The SharePoint & Power Apps Developer will perform all duties within the Company's safety, health and environmental regulations. All other duties as assignment by management.

Qualifications

Education and Training:

•Bachelor's Degree

•CMA or CPA preferred

•Microsoft Certifications related to SharePoint and Power Apps preferred

Knowledge and Experience:

•3-5 years of experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online.

•3-5 years of experience in Power Apps development.

Skills and Abilities

•Proficient in Power Automate (formerly Flow) is a plus.

•Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

•Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Must have oral and written proficiency in the English language.

Physical Demands:

Able to walk, stand or sit for a minimum of 8 hours per day. This role may require some travel.
