As a Sr. UX/CX Researcher, you will play a vitalrole in analyzing and optimizing the customer journey by conducting userresearch, creating customer journey maps, and assessing the impact ofintegration points on the overall customer experience.Role Overview: We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. UX/CX Researcher to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and understanding ourcustomers' needs, behaviors, and pain points throughout their journey with ourinsurance products. Your primary focus will be on creating customer journeymaps and analyzing the impact of integration points on the overall customerexperience.Responsibilities:1. Createdetailed customer journey maps that illustrate the end-to-end user experience,identifying touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.2. Conductcomprehensive user research to identify customer needs, pain points, andbehavioral patterns.3. Developand implement effective research methodologies, including surveys, interviews,usability testing, and data analysis, to gather user insights.4. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, anddevelopers, to understand integration points and their potential impact oncustomer experience.5. Analyzequantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, andopportunities for enhancing the overall user experience.6. Workclosely with stakeholders to communicate research findings, insights, andrecommendations effectively.7. Collaboratewith design and development teams to translate research insights intoactionable recommendations and innovative solutions.Requirements:1. Aportfolio or examples of previous work demonstrating expertise in UX/CXresearch and customer journey mapping would be highly advantageous.2. Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, ora related field.3. Provenexperience (5+ years) in UX/CX research, with a focus on creating customerjourney maps and assessing the impact of integration points on the overallcustomer experience.4. Strongknowledge of user research methodologies, including survey design, interviewingtechniques, usability testing, and data analysis.5. Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionableinsights from complex data sets.6. Demonstratedability to create compelling customer journey maps that effectively communicateuser experiences and pain points.7. Strongcollaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectivelywith cross-functional teams and stakeholders.8. Familiaritywith the insurance industry and an understanding of the unique challenges anddynamics involved in designing user experiences for insurance products.9.
