The Cloud Security Consultant supports native and vendor cloud security solutions to protect our assets, data and stakeholders. The Cloud Security Consultant reviews architectural designs, identifies improvement opportunities to increase service availability and reliability, and executes implementation. Product domains the Cloud Security Consultant will interact with include, but are not limited to, container security, data encryption, session management, network security, and entitlement controls.

The Cloud Security Consultant should have experience supporting products such as Azure FWs, NSGs, Prisma CWPP/CSPM. Experience with NSGs and Prisma CSPM extremely desired. The Cloud Security Consultant will provide operational support and incident response services during service outages and disruptions. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.

Qualifications

o 3 - 5 years' hands on experience in Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI supporting native and vendor security solutions

o Experience implementing and troubleshooting Azure Network Security Groups, Azure Firewall, AWS Security Groups/NACLs, and GCP Firewall using terraform and pipelines

o Experience deploying, patching, upgrading cloud-hosted applications using Terraform for CI/CD Automation

o Experience with native and 3rd party cloud security solutions, including but not limited to cloud native network security (security gateways, NSG/NACL, CSP native firewalls),

o Experience building Prisma cloud security posture management policies with automated guardrails

o Familiarity with Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI enterprise/security architecture.

o Use of tools such as Terraform, YAML, GitHub, Shell Scripting, kubectl

o Strong knowledge/experience deploying, managing, securing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes in all CSP's (AKS,EKS,GKS)

o Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and DevSecOps principles

Desired Qualifications

o Familiarity with Secure API solutions

o Experience leveraging Calico/Istio/Tanzu controls inside Kubernetes clusters

o Certification in cloud security, network security, or administration of major CSP
