Responsibilities
Campus Apartments is seeking a Capital Project Coordinator to manage capital projects and teach and manage site team managers.
Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to project scope and specifications.
Review RFIs and submittals to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of RFIs, Submittals, Vendor Coordination, Water/Wastewater, and other related areas
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred, but not required
