an integral part of our client's journey - apply now as the Lead Technical Solution Architect!Essential FunctionsStrategy & PlanningWork closely across technology organizations (AEDPS, EDO, Platform Engineering etc.) to identify, architect and design foundational technology capabilities that will set the base for our Digital transformation initiatives across product development and IntegrationResponsible for the roadmap of Technology architecture in partnership with Enterprise and Domain Architecture groupsIdentify solution accelerators for various Enablement teams across AEDPS (Microservices , Digital Integration Layer, Lowcode Nocode, DevOps etc) to increase adoption of modernization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX, data analysts, product owners, and business analysts to design and implement scalable, high-performing solutions.Partner with key stakeholders across Platform Engineering and Product teams to understand the Business Transformation roadmap especially around newer cloud solutions such as Oracle SaaS, Salesforce, BoB systems, and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows through technology solutions.Lead the development of high-level and detailed solution architecture designs, including technical specifications and implementation plans.Accountable for technical decisions, documentation and direction for high-level designs, approaches and roadmaps.Participate in project reviews and audits and recommend changes or corrective actions to improve project outcomes.Facilitate or conduct proof-of-concept, pilot and MVP activities for key technical areas.Provide thought leadership on the latest trends and advancements in digital transformation and apply them to the organization's technology strategy.Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of technology solutions, and address any potential risks or issues that may impact business operations.Provide gap, risk and impact analysis.Work with IT/technology owners to identify and address operational impact and lower the total cost of ownership for IT capabilities.Conduct regular assessments of the technology architecture to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior leadership.Acquisition & DeploymentIdentify, evaluate and recommend new technologies and software products to be deployed as part of the organization's digital transformation initiative.Work with internal and external teams to manage the deployment and integration of new technologies and software products.Monitor and manage the performance of deployed technologies and software products, ensuring that they meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).Work independently and hands-on to prototype.Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the deployment and operation of new technologies and software products.Identify and mitigate risks associated with the deployment of new technologies and software products, ensuring that security and compliance requirements are met.Operational ManagementEstablish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, including implementing metrics to measure the effectiveness of the technology architecture and identifying areas for improvement.Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization from internal and external threats.Oversee the deployment of new technology solutions and ensuring that they are integrated seamlessly with existing systems and processes.Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.Incidental FunctionsParticipate in internal and external committees, working groups, and other forums to share knowledge, promote best practices, and drive improvements in technical solutions.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities to share knowledge and improve technical skills among team members and other stakeholders.Participate in hiring and talent management processes to identify and recruit top talent, as well as develop and retain existing team members.Serve as a mentor or coach to other architects and technical staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.Position RequirementsFormal Education & CertificationBachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.Knowledge & Experience12+ years of experience in IT.8+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing IT solutions8+ years of experience in enterprise and/or solution architecture and architectural frameworks, including the creation of current, transitional and future state architectures.Good experience with modern product development and Integration architecturesIn-depth understanding of architectural patterns, principles, and frameworksStrong technical background in key technology platforms, infrastructure, database, security, legal compliance rules, and software platformsBroad range of technical knowledge with experience in multiple technology domainsDemonstrated experience with optimizing Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC).Experience with operating in a multiple stakeholder environment including the successful handling of priority conflicts and stakeholder alignments.Experience working in a Lean or Agile development environment a plusDemonstrated skill with presentation and communication tools such as MS PowerPoint, Visio, etc.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience in designing & implementing technical solutions for Oracle ERP on-prem/cloudExperience in Cloud computing (preferably with Azure), Azure Integration Services, Domain Driven DesignExperience in handling distributed environment preferably powered by MicroservicesExperience in Event driven architectures , publish subscribe patterns preferably in a cloud native environmentExperience in DevOps, Agile and CI/CDExperience with Agile development methodologiesCertification in relevant technologies (e.g. CISSP, CISM, etc.)Experience in project management tools such as JIRA.Personal AttributesStrong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent communication and
