We have a National Support Center helping our Care Center leaders manage and drive their local family business style of operations, clinical and patient experienceOur teams manage their local Care Centers where they are embedded in the fabric of the communities they serveWe are committed to caring for our patients just as if they were our familyResponsibilities:Great work youll do here:The IT Support Specialist is responsible for supplying support to Helpdesk and end users on a variety of issues.Respond to support services ticketing system, telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical supportDocument, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolutionMaintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripheralsDocument, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and desktop software systemsSupport and maintain user account information including rights, security and systems groupsAssist in computer operations by maintaining rapport with external vendors and support/service representativesAssist in PC hardware installation of equipment and network componentsWork closely with the other IT Support Specialists to help maintain accurate inventories of IT related equipment and peripheralsAssist Telecommunications Administrator with mobile and handheld device setup and related issuesPromote communication between Information Systems and other Corporate Departments and Branch locationsCompletes other assignments and duties as requested and assigned to accomplish the goals and objectives of the CompanyQualifications:What well love about you:Embracing and leading the patient care mission through providing an exceptional patient experienceExcellent interpersonal communication and patient/family engagement skillsCommitment to documentation excellence and quality along with ability to educate and inspire othersHigh energy, focus, work ethic, motivation and commitment to lifelong learning and growthFlexibility with diverse clients, cultures, and environments allowing you to provide excellent careAbility to demonstrate skills in both a collaborative and solo contributor capacityKnowledge and comfort level working with technology and enterprise wide support systems and toolsSuccessful management of a high volume of work, changing priorities as neededOutstanding presentation, writing and communication skillsCapable of using professional judgement to delegate selected tasksCreative thinker who embraces thought leadershipHigh School Diploma and/or MIS degreeCapable of making challenging decisions and willing to take responsibility for them.Three to Five (3-5) years experience supporting end user hardware, software and peripheralsKnowledge of all version of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems with emphasis on W7 and Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Office 2007, Office 2010 and Office 365Knowledge of setup and support for workstation and laptops with emphasis on Lenovo, HP and DELL; familiar with desktop imaging softwareFamiliarity with workstation remote management software such as Dameware or other equivalent utilityFamiliarity with networked environment with the ability to troubleshoot basic workstation and other networked device connectivity issuesExperience with active Directory user setup and managementKnowledge of WellSky and/or other Medical / Home Health Application a plus
