Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and requirements.Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to collect and analyze information.

Process Mapping:

Document and model existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Design and propose optimized processes that align with organizational goals.Documentation:

Prepare detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT or development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences, including management.

Testing and Validation:

Develop test plans and test cases to validate that the implemented solutions meet business requirements.Collaborate with quality assurance teams during testing phases.

Change Management:

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications can be advantageous.

Experience:

5+ Years as a seasoned business analyst working on Enterprise Software Implementation projectsExperience with IBM TRIRIGA and has exposure to IBM TRIRIGA Facilities Condition Assessment Model Highly PreferredAnalytical Skills:: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools, data modeling, and project management methodologies. Knowledge of relevant programming languages and databases is often beneficial.Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and business domain in which the organization operates.Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and project requirements.Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and solve complex business problems.
