The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing IT projects as well as improving processes and network systems.They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment.They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time.An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.Comfortable working within a team environment as well as traveling once a month to NY.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS

Collaborate with Expedition Lead and Transformation coach to understand the Expedition roadmap and necessary outcomesDevelop and deliver coaching plan to get Expedition teams to their targeted outcomesEffectively detect, communicate, and escalate organizational, technological, and other impedimentsTeach and mentor Expedition team members on Lean/Agile approaches for flowing workTeach and mentor Expedition team members on XP engineering practices, including TDD, CI and pairing. Facilitate code reviews, provide leadership perspective on design and code qualityCoach Expeditions within the system of delivery to implement DevOps practices and technologies, including delivery pipeline design and development, cloud technologies and infrastructure as code, and continuous deliveryRequirements:

Strong experience working with Lean; must have a breadth of experience in a variety of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.)Prior experience mentoring teams to adopt Agile practices as an external coach, ScrumMaster or Product OwnerStrong, flexible communications skills utilizing different mediums

Compensation: $65.00 - $100.00 per hour
