JOB DUTIES: Sr. Engineer, Business Intelligence for Neiman Marcus Group LLC at its facilities in Dallas, TX. Perform Adhoc data analysis directly on Neiman's Snowflake data warehouse using advanced SQL and using NMG Business Intelligence tools including Business Objects, Qlik Sense & Tableau. Lead end to end reporting solutions from initial assessment, evaluation of completeness of requirements, estimating levels of efforts for build, technical design, data preparation, development, and deployment of data & BI products using Tableau, Qlik, SAP Business Objects, and Snowflake. Work with Product, Data warehouse and business teams in an Agile environment to develop & implement BI solutions and providing guidance to junior developers in SQL, Qlik Sense, Business Objects and Tableau. This position is open to remote work from approved locations in the United States.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor' Degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or closely related IT or engineering field. Experience must include six (6) years' post bachelor progressive experience in all of the following: Business Intelligence tools Tableau, Business Objects and Qlik Sense to convert raw data into Insights through Reports & dashboards; Using advanced SQL in large scale snowflake cloud data warehouse to understand and prepare data for reporting and dashboarding; Relational databases & various data modeling techniques (3NF, denormalized, STAR Schema) to understand and create data pipelines; Creating visualizations and reports to present Insights to business stakeholders for decision making; Working in Agile Retail environment using SDLC process and JIRA tool to manage timely delivery of BI data products to our business customers.
