Job DescriptionseoClarity is the technology leader in enterprise Search Engine Optimization (SEO) technology and services. Our SaaS technology platform and services help the world's best and biggest brands optimize their website content so they can be found online and connect to their customers. seoClarity is hiring a SEO Manager with 6 to 10+ years of SEO experience to join the Professional Services team. This position is full-time and a great opportunity to join an expanding team as well as to collaborate with a variety of clients and internal teams (Client Services, Marketing, Professional Services, Product, Sales) while assisting in the creation of our Professional Services deliverables and driving advanced client SEO strategy and deliverables for a variety of industries and enterprise brands. The SEO Manager's core responsibility is to own the execution and presentation of client deliverables including technical, content and link audits, and making strategic decisions that are tied to all SEO-related tasks and deliverables. In addition, the SEO Manager plays a central role in reporting and analysis-related tasks for clients, assists in client and internal team trainings, working with leadership on enhancing our core offerings for clients and works to ensure that deadlines are met. The SEO Manager is the consultative point of contact for clients and internal teams providing SEO technical expertise and guidance. We are looking for a team leader that also provides hands-on technical and implementation expertise by delivering a combination of consulting and project management skills. This position has a weekly hyrbid schedule with at least 3X per week in the office (downtown Chicago or Arlington Heights). What You Will Be Doing: Act as the Professional Services point of contact for clientsProvide SEO consultative services for clients: identify and provide recommendations for content and technical improvementsResponsible for final review and approval of deliverables presented to clientsAssist with escalation of team and client issuesParticipate in internal meetings to help add clarity around platform issues experienced by clientsEnsure both internal team and client needs are met, and expectations are exceededTrain analysts and client success team in execution of common deliverablesUpdate standard operating procedures, provide short-cuts to save on execution time and execute on targetPartner with leadership regarding new industry tools, trends, and updatesYour Qualifications:You have a minimum of 6 years of experience working in Search Engine OptimizationPrevious experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or any other analytic softwareExperience with dashboarding tools such as Data Studio, Tableau, and Domo are a plusPossesses the ability to understand complex technical concepts, and then train internal teams and clients on those conceptsExperience running client and internal meetings and webinarsAdvanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skillsYou must have experience with SEO platforms and tools (seoClarity, SearchMetrics, BrightEdge, Conductor, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.)Experience with other digital channels such as SEM/PLA and social paid ads a plusYou have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web design technologiesMust be a team player and build good working relationships across all functionsAbility to provide problem solving, management and be a true team lead celebrating the successes of your team and client satisfactionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects under tight deadlinesAbility to articulate technical issues in a meaningful way to both SEO/marketing teams and executive-level managementYou must be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize resultsExperience with site migrations, Single Page Apps (react, next, angular), and schema are idealBenefitsHealth benefits - Medical, Dental, VisionHybrid Work Environment401k Plan with MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysTeam and Company Social EventsEmployee Stock OptionsOpportunities for Career ProgressionDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion At seoClarity, we embrace and celebrate our differences.
