JOB DESCRIPTION
Mandatory Qualifications:Five or more years of development experience in data warehouse - including data modeling, writing complex SQL, and development of export, transform and load (ETL) processes.Three or more years of experience modeling data, creating objects, and building joins in the physical and business model mapping layers of the OBIEE RPD.Three or more years of experience developing user interfaces in the OBIEE presentation layer - including building dashboards, scorecards, and analyses, as well as changing OBIEE page layouts and styles.Two or more years of experience developing OBIEE reports in BI/XML Publisher.The consultant should have experience in maintaining data structures in OBIEE and developing analytic dashboards and reports. Strong candidates would have significant experience in:
Modeling and maintenance of the RPDUpdating Oracle Application Configuration Manager (Oracle BI ACM)Authoring Oracle BI Apps (OBIA) analytical dashboards and reports for PeopleSoft FinancialsWorking with State or Federal government budget, expenses and disbursements
Responsibilities:The position will support the SFS Analytics Statewide Data Warehouse (OBIA).They will contribute to the report development team, interacting with both Functional analysts and ETL Developers.The duties will include:Modify the RPD to incorporate new data, data definitions, and presentation variablesAnalyze, design and build new dashboards and analysesReview the work of other report developers for accuracy and efficiencyTroubleshoot performance and quality issuesContribute to ETL development and maintenance
