Primary Function and PurposeTo provide technical assistance in relation to Astrea products and their use, to internal and external customer, and provide pre & post sales supportPrinciple Responsibilities
Addressing responses to Technical Support questions from Customers and Sales team MembersManaging the administration of cases in salesforceWork with internal customers (Salesforce lead, marketing) to develop and improve systems around technical support case management and customer feedbackProviding Technical Support and follow up for the sales team in pre and post salesLead and direct technical presentations and discussions with customersLiaise with R&D to provide technical support to internal & external customers, and the sales teamIdentifying suitable seminar, conferences etc and attending to obtain information to further support Astreas products and sales teamQualifications and experience
Degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology or equivalentExperienced within the Biotechnology/Drug discovery industryWorking knowledge of chromatography, protein purification, cell and gene therapyAbility to work with a multi disciplinary team across multiple sitesFamiliarity with Astrea product range, use of product range, use of products and troubleshooting for customers
