This Program is a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing the functional ERP roadmaps in order to simplify, standardize and automate business processes and systems leveraging SAP's, industry and available Client best practices.
Responsibilities:SAP Master Data Business Analyst's primarily responsible for implementing and managing relevant Master Data of SAP S/4HANA covering the Make, Quality, and Warehouse Management areas.Architecting, designing and supporting S/4 QM, PP, eWM, MMUse In-depth analysis skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to implement effective Master Data and provide support services to end-usersEnsure data quality, metadata management, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems to achieve a scalable digital ecosystemThe analyst will work as an SAP master data subject matter expert to provide guidance and training as necessary for the business requirementsWork with Site Master Data Lead to collaborate and align with Global MDG team to ensure continuous alignment of master data solutions within and beyond Future ERPEnsuring the smooth transition from and co-existence with legacy and non-ERP MDM systemsUnderstanding and adhering to Client Master Data Management principles, policies and standardsDeliver solutions that can be scaled globally and maximize value and minimize duplication of solutions.Establish consistent metrics to measure quality of data and implemented solutionsDefine strategies, develop and deliver solutions that enable the collection, processing and management of information from one or more sources, and the subsequent delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processesHands-on experience leading data definitions development, data quality improvements, data model updates, and troubleshooting efforts of the analytics projects and collaborating with cross functional teams
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:5+ years of experience in managing/working with MDM systems in large global enterprises in the Pharma industryExperience in implementing and working with SAP QM, PP, eWM, MM, SCM, Data Governance and Master Data Management MDMGood knowledge of other SAP systems and Solution Manager (desirable)Preferable experience in managing complex data migrations in validated environmentsThorough knowledge of one or more modules of SAP ERPGood knowledge of S/4 HANAThorough understanding of Client PMM, SAP Activate, Agile or other leading project management methodologiesExtensively used Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and MS Office products for data Analysis, Project Schedules, Business process modeling, Requirement/issues documentation and Customer trainingExperienced in preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Summary Reports for Automated and manual testing.Working experience in quality/compliance management and CSV within pharmaceutical, biotech, or related validated environment is highly preferredBusiness Relationship management and partnering expertiseFlexibility to travel nationally & internationally.
