Pay Rate: $60/hr C2C
Duration: 12 months
Focused On: Adobe Acceleration - marketing products Standing up 5 new scrum teams (PDP, Bluecore, Global Nav, Member Home) This individual will work with 3 squads Day to Day:
Program - they track major milestone delivery (waterfall) Agile - but complete tasks in a sprint model The scrum master will cover 3 teams Sharing feedback - what is going well, who is doing well, what roadblocks/bottlenecks, etc. Managing quality output, velocity, Scrum KPIs, efficiencies 80% Scrum, 20% Program management Must have skills:
Agile experience, but some flexibility Proactive communication Flexible mindset, ability to switch hats Working in a matrixed organization Ability to cross-collaborate across engineering, program, and leadership Jira, Aha!, Excel Nice to have:

Facilitation of all ceremonies, incl. Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement Daily contact and tactical leadership of all squads through scrum meetings Direct Impediment removal from issues raised in scrum meetings. Management of JIRA project for each squad Scrum facilitation across squads Hands on Quarterly Sprint planning for each team Agile & Process coaching and monitoring of team health 8+ Years of Experience leading agile development teams
