Work Schedule: Must be located in Houston, 50/50 in office/remote. We have designated days (3rd week of every month, and every Wednesday) that they will be in the office, there also may be need based on project need to come in.

Job Description:

Our team is currently engaged in a complex data center move on a tight timeline and we need help managing the work effort across our team. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of our team's scope on time and within the allotted budget, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize the progress of the team's effort both to team leadership and the lead Program Manager.

This position will report to our Houston, TX office with a 50/50 in-office/remote attendance expectation. Potential travel MAY be requested (10%) as project needs dictate and will be coordinated in advance. Interviews will be in person at our downtown Houston office. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysisDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersUse and continually develop leadership skillsPerform other related duties as assignedDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document need

Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred but not requiredProven working experience in project managementExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsExperience with Microsoft Teams and Azure DevOps preferredAirline experience preferred
