The ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Lead role is experienced in leading the advisory, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM, formerly ITBM) solutions.
Primary responsibilities include:
Providing Domain Expertise (SME) mentorship for ServiceNow SPM Management solutions Ensuring a fit-for-purpose design of SPM solutions Understanding and interpreting requirements Defining and documenting requirements (technical, process, reporting) Development of related process documentation Understanding the technical nuances of how the ServiceNow platform works
