The CNO Analyst / Programmer will design new hardware or software based on new CNO capabilities, and assist with designing, developing, documenting, testing and debugging of applications software and systems. Additionally, the CNO Analyst / Programmer will develop software programs in various programming languages (e.g. Python, C/C++/C#, Perl).
Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI w/ full scope polygraph6 years of experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineeringTechnical writing, communication, and interpersonal skillsDesired Qualifications:
3 years of experience with system (Windows, Linux, or Solaris) and network administration1 year of experience installing and configuring VMWare products (GSX, ESX, and Workstations)Reverse Engineering experienceLow-Level Assembly skillsProficiency in Python and C/C++ programmingExperience with IPv4 Protocol and NetworkingAbility to install and configure network security devices, anti-virus software, and spy-ware protection softwareUnderstanding of CNO development conceptsExperience with GhidraExperience with PowerPC or other RISC ArchitectureCertifications in MCSE, RHCE, CEH, CCNA, or CISSP**This position is contingent upon the successful completion of security processing and favorable acceptance onto the program by the Customer.**
Clearance Requirement: This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of full scope polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government. Factors considered for a U.S. Government Security Clearance include, but are not limited to:
