Role
As a key member of Vultron, you will:Develop and Refine Products:
Build and enhance our core platform that powers Vultron.
Make an Impact:
Collaborate with our teams to revolutionize government contracting and procurement operations.
Solve Unprecedented Challenges:
Address complex issues in applying LLMs in government-related settings.
Rapid Iteration:
Iterate closely with customers to improve user experience, performance, and security.
Grow With Us:
Play a vital role in expanding our engineering team.
Qualifications
Proficiency in a backend language (eg. Python).
Experience with relational databases like Postgres.
Proven track record in developing exceptional software, especially in enterprise.
Prior experience in AI and large language models is a plus but not mandatory.
Extreme care about the end user experience and take pride in building exceptional products.
Demonstrated passion for start-ups or early-stage companies.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in backend engineering with a focus on product development and scaling platforms.
Experience with AWS; On-prem deployment experience is a plus.
Prior experience designing and building large, complex systems.
Versatility across the stack (server, database, deployment) is essential.
Bonus
Background as an early engineer in a rapidly growing startup.
Experience in renowned product organizations (e.g. Linear, Ramp)
