Description:We are looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating valuable insights, and driving data-driven decision making across the organization. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying trends and patterns, developing predictive models, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize business performance.
Responsibilities:Perform in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.Develop and maintain advanced analytical models to forecast business performance and support decision making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and develop meaningful reports and dashboards.Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide actionable insights.Identify areas of improvement in data collection processes and work with stakeholders to implement necessary changes.Evaluate the effectiveness of existing data visualization tools and recommend enhancements or alternative solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data analysis and visualization.Proficient in using statistical tools and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, or SAS.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets and derive insights.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
