The Salesforce Developer within the Salesforce team will work closely with internal and external stakeholders alike to understand global business processes, workflows, and their relationships to current and future programmatic and declarative solutions. This role will work lockstep with multiple complementary functions such as Product Owners, DevOps leaders, Business Analysts, and Salesforce Administrators to support the build, deliver, and manage process of all Salesforce work within the Access Segment of the Oshkosh Corporation.YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.Collaborate with the Salesforce team to deliver best-in-class solutions while taking critical considerations into account (compliance, security, scalability, UI/UX, international/multi-business unit org interoperability, etc.).Develop and manage programmatic and declarative solutions to support the strategic vision of our Salesforce org (Apex Classes and Triggers, Lightning Web Components, legacy Aura/Visualforce Components, Custom Metadata Settings, Flows etc.).Support integrations with other systems via APIs, Salesforce Connect, and other solutions.Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.Support Agile methodology and release cycles to implement and deploy organized, versioned, code changes.Ability to help manage your workload in a cloud-based solution (Jira) to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced, complex environment.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.Five (5) or more years of experience with Salesforce (Apex Classes and Triggers, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, FSL, Pardot/Marketing Cloud).Experience working independently and taking initiative.Ability to help guide outsourced development resources.Experience managing changes in a multi-sandbox org.Deep knowledge and understanding of Salesforce architecture.Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other Salesforce team members and internal/external stakeholders alike.Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, Jira, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to travel up to 20%.Standout Qualifications
