ResponsibilitiesMaintain and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and networksProvide remote and on‐site supportConfigure and manage Windows Server, backup/UPS systems, and other infrastructureSet up data migration, email, printers, and applications for workstationsDiagnose and build networks, repair PCs and laptopsManage domains, DNS, and email serverPreferred Skills1+ year of practical experience in the Windows environment (Server 2016/2019/2022, Workstation 10/11)Experience in network construction (routers/firewalls, wireless, printers, etc.)Troubleshooting and repair of Windows Server and Workstation, virus removal, and various environment setupsTroubleshooting in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11, and experience setting up various environmentsExperience managing Hyper‐V and VMwareTechnical expertise in firewalls and security‐related areasExperience in domain/DNS and email managementLinux server management experienceExperience in building and managing Azure and AWS environmentsQualificationRelevant experience is preferredLegally eligible to work in the United StatesProficient in both English and JapaneseSelf‐driven and resourceful individual with a passion for developing and implementing new ideas.Proactive attitude towards learning and developing new skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the team's success
