As a Master Developer for Windows and/or UNIX Computer Network Operations (CNO) , you will be involved in the design, development, and testing of application software to fulfill unique requirements on Windows platforms. You will build applications using a specified programming language per the U.S. Government.
The Master designation is reserved for personnel who are well-qualified in development for multiple operating systems, or all factors of the exploit kill chain from initial access to persistence and evasion.

What You'll Need
U.S. CitizenshipActive TS/SCI with CI polygraphBS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar6+ years' experience programming with object-oriented programming languages4+ years' experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments4+ years' experience developing Unix applications using make files or comparable build environment.Experience developing complex programs using C/C++, C#, Java, COM in a collaborative environment using configuration managementFamiliarity with Windows vulnerabilities, exploit mitigations and bypasses AND/OR Windows internals/APIs and evading detection by Windows security productsAble to write in or learn a high-level programming language like Python or Ruby.Experience with Unix vulnerabilities, exploit mitigations and bypasses AND/OR Unix internal APIs, drives, and file systems.Deep knowledge of Unix operating system internals and development environments.Experience with low-level network programming.Experience developing portable code that is compatible with multiple Unix operating systems and architectures, single and/or multi-threaded applications and Unix inter-process communication interfaces.Wireshark, IDA Pro and/or Ghidra experienceExperience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)What Will Set You Apart
Experience with static and dynamic reverse engineeringExperience with vulnerability researchExperience with binary analysis of executablesFamiliarity with kernel programmingFamiliarity with assembly languages, and/or ability to analyze and signature network protocols.ACTP or other CNO Developer training++++++++++++
