Our Quality Control (QC) Unit is seeking a Business Support Specialist who will assist our team to help ensure that the bigger picture of our customer's experience is not lost in all the data created. The QC Unit assess the bank's decisions by performing various file reviews using high quality data, investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, tools and other resources.

Ideal candidates will have experience with mortgage lending, servicing or collections and is committed to finding innovative ways to improve bank products and services for both internal and external customers.

The Business Support Specialist administers various delegated assignments and/or responsibilities of limited risk and moderate complexity, coordinates allocated resources, identifies and manages risk.

Four years progressively responsible business operations experience; or bachelor's degree in a business-related field and two years progressively responsible business operations experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience is required.
