Experience in supporting and delivering OCM activities for SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG or related modules, such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change readiness, communication, training, coaching, etc.Preferably in SAP S4 HANA environmentExperience with SAP Enable One (SAP training tool).Knowledge of SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG business processes and functionalities, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, supplier lifecycle management, master data governance, etc.Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiencesAbility to work independently and collaboratively, with good problem-solving and analytical skills
