The Client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM System Developer. The selected candidate will work with a county department assisting with the design and implementation of a Dynamic 365 CRM solution. The position will require a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and strong background experience with the configuration and setup of Dynamics 365, as well as other related Microsoft technologies as applicable such as Office 365, JavaScript, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The selected candidate must have a firm understanding of architecting Dynamics 365-centric solutions while additionally demonstrating a width breadth of knowledge of associated technologies, such as those that comprise the Power Platform, and how those technologies can be leveraged to develop and/or integrate Case Management module functionalities, including Knowledge Base Integration, Case Routing and Assignment, and Case Queues. The ideal candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of when, where, and how each technology would be appropriately applied.

Responsibilities: • Function as the technical lead in all stages of the project life cycle. You will interact directly with clients to identify problems, then propose, develop, implement and support the solutions • Coordinates project efforts with varying degrees of complexity, deadlines, goals, etc. • Create detailed project documents including but not limited to a Business Requirements Document, Design/Deployment documents, configuration document and other technical documentations. Recommends best practices and business process efficiency improvements. • Makes management presentations and submits reports as required. • Design and execute test plans to ensure that high quality, intuitive functional solutions are delivered • Gather complex business requirements and translate those requirements into a solution architecture and design. • Lead design sessions; architect and document solutions that are aligned with client business objectives • Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvements, perform gap analysis, document and translate business requirements into well-architected technical specifications and solutions • Develop and manage client facing deliverables • Lead, manage and implement projects in application software and Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications • Provides end-user support and troubleshoots solutions to correct issues related to Dynamics CRM implementations. • Configures and deploys solutions, working with internal business partners to develop customized CRM end-products developed for internal customers. • Oversees and provides documentation of technical and help documentation for the business and/or CRM users. • Delivers CRM training to internal customers, ensuring thorough understanding of use and ongoing assistance.

Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in information Technology or related field, or applicable work and education experience, required. • Excellent written & verbal communication and problem-solving skills • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Proven expertise in data migration from Legacy CRM systems and other third-party platforms • Experienced in developing reports using SSRS (Microsoft Reporting Services) • Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, and JavaScript • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) • Minimum of 5 years of experience required, which includes: o Microsoft CRM experience o Database Management o Information Systems Architecture o Programming, Software Applications and Workflow o Development of: Model-driven applications Power Automate Flows Solutions that integrate with Microsoft Outlook as well as other Microsoft Office products • End-User Support on Dynamics CRM • Experience working on multiple implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions • Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules • Exposure to, and experience with, PowerApps is preferred
