Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for a passionate, skilled Lead Production Support Specialist to join our Technology team at our Operations Center located in Hugo MN. This person will diagnose and resolve a broad range of production technology systems issues while leading Production Support Specialists. A skilled leader with experience in centralized support systems, complex broadcast audio, video, lighting, and AV systems will thrive in this role. POSITION SUMMARY

Manages support for production technology systems in Eagle Brook auditoriums, Kids Ministry environments, meeting, and office spaces. Services and maintains complex broadcast audio, video, and lighting systems at multiple sites. Leads outstanding customer service and support for technology-based strategies that enables Eagle Brook Church to accomplish the mission of Reaching People for Christ. Reports to the Production Systems and Support Manager.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises and gives work direction to Production Support SpecialistsManages the support queue and assigns tickets to appropriate functionsDiagnoses and resolves complex audio, video, lighting, and network issues as assignedMaintains and services large LED video display installationsMaintains and services broadcast video transport componentsMaintains, configures, and programs production video router and switcher components as well as multi-site communications systemsLeads the support team during services and events by remotely supporting campus teams from the Technical Operations Center and assisting with on-site diagnoses and resolution of technical issuesOwner of the production equipment asset tracking database for all campusesCollaborates with audio, video, and lighting engineers on small projectsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS

Associates/Technical degree; or equivalent on-the-job experience2+ years of experience in an AVL support role serving a fast-paced organization2+ years of experience with technical equipment preventative maintenance/troubleshootingFollower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefsAdvanced knowledge and ability to operate and troubleshoot technical systems including, broadcast audio, video, lighting equipment and AV systemsExperience with computer networkingAbility to work in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationshipsSelf-starter with strong personal organization and time management skills

WORK SCHEDULE

Generally, works Wednesday-Sunday. This includes Student Ministries on Wednesday night and occasional other evenings for special events. Expected to work 45+ weekends/year.
