The Lead SME Software Developer will lead all work under this activity, managing another SME Software Developer and two Senior Software Developers. Both SME Developers and must have at a minimum 5+ years documented experience, and have the knowledge, skills, and abilities in all of the following requirements:
Experience with IAM/ ICAM projects.
Identity, Credential, and Access ManagementIdentity Access ManagementExperience employing Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities for Identity and Role-based access-tools such as Okta and SailPoint are strongly desired.
Hight proficiency with Java required.Strong experience with Software development lifecycleStrong knowledge of server-side web application development with ASP.NET and similar technologies with C#Strong knowledge of Angular JS 8 or higher, typescript, and NPMStrong knowledge of client-side programming with HTML, JavaScript, and CSSStrong knowledge of Web Service programming with ASP.NET Web Services, WCF, and Workflow ServicesStrong background with Heterogeneous System IntegrationStrong background with Database Design and Development, such as implementingStored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Database Encryption, and data modelingStrong understanding of Active Directory Services programming, such as domain integration, account creation, and account updatesFamiliarity with HSPD-12 Identity and Access managementStrong background with security practices including Authentication Mechanisms, such as Windows Authentication, NTLM, Kerberos, Certificates, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)Shall have Windows Server experience including IIS Web ServerShall be a self-starter with the ability to lead other developersShall have the ability to communicate system architectural vision to other developersSoftware Development, Maintenance, and Enhancement
Provide quality Level of Effort hours for Change RequestsDeploy high-quality code that accurately meets the requirementsEnsure releases are successful without introduction of unexpected problems or impacts to existing capabilitiesEnsure minimal need for emergency/corrective maintenanceEnsure Source Code management practices are followedMinimize need to fix the same issue multiple timeSoftware Testing - Build and maintain a testing environment to complete:
Unit TestingIntegration TestingFunctional TestingSystem TestingStress TestingPerformance TestingUsability TestingAcceptance TestingApplication and Database Administration
Support DOIAccess infrastructure team System Level AgreementsComplete Application and Database administration activitiesConfigure and maintain staging/testing and production environmentsMonitor/maintain web and application serversRoutinely review logs and address any issuesTroubleshoot application and server issuesSystem Documentation
Complete and maintain all required system documentation.Meetings
