Responsibilities
Drives standardization and best practice platform management, enabling teams to focus on value deliveryInstitute technical governance to optimize platform performance and minimize long-term technical riskEnable rapid upgrades to new features and innovations that drive new value.Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platformProvides technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practicesOffers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deploymentGuides ServiceNow Platform design, including considerations for integration and performanceGood knowledge of ServiceNow recommended patterns, integrations, and connector ecosystemGood understanding of SaaS Security best practices, DevOps, and secure software developmentDesign and implementation of secure cloud architectures that meets risk and compliance needsDesign and code reviews for ServiceNow implementations
Qualifications
Industry and project experience of 5+ years with ServiceNow architecture and solutioning responsibilitiesExpertise with ServiceNow, CMDB, or ITSM tool configuration and custom developmentHave the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with othersHave prior experience working in a Software Engineering, IT Service Management (ITIL) / Agile / DevOps environment or role with a background in automationBachelor's degree in IT, information systems or related field, or equivalent training/experience.
