Offensive Cybersecurity Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Perform simulated attacks against an organization's systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify weaknesses that malicious actors could exploit.Develop and execute penetration testing scenarios, social engineering tests, and vulnerability assessments.Identify, report, and document security vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the organization's security posture.Recommend mitigation strategies and work with the IT team to implement security measures that protect against potential attacks.Collaborate with other cybersecurity team members to develop and maintain offensive security tools, techniques, and procedures.Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and tools to ensure that the organization's security measures are always effective and up-to-date.Work closely with IT and other business teams to identify and prioritize critical assets and infrastructure that require additional protection.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Relevant industry certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, CEH, or similar.Proven experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming.Solid understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and web applications.Familiarity with tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, and Kali Linux.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.
