Implementations Specialist Team Member TimeClock Plus develops time and attendance solutions for employee labor tracking, providing solutions that range from enterprise-class organizations with tens of thousands of employees to mid-sized businesses, all the way down to small businesses with only 5 or 10 employees. An Implementation Specialist team member is a proactive team player who can use acquired knowledge in technical consultation, excellent communication/problem solving and customer service skills to successfully deploy our solutions to the customers we serve. The primary role of an Implementation Specialist team member is to ensure that all project outlines/timelines and implementation processes are met and are suitable to customers requirements and business environment, perform on-site and remote software installations, perform customer trainings, assist with other Professional Service team members implementations, and perform troubleshooting. Implementation Specialist team members have the opportunity for advancement and growth based on performance. Job Profile: Execute implementation project plans, at the direction of a Project Manager, based on customer needs, resources, and timelines as part of a project team. Perform on-site and remote install, configuration, and customer training. Manage time and resources to facilitate multiple implementation projects simultaneously. Ensures customer success and satisfaction in a friendly and courteous manner. Maintains customer records by updating account information and task status using project management tools and methodologies. Continually investigates product and gains industry knowledge to improve performance and skill set. Work independently to accomplish tasks to meet performance requirements. Contributes to team effort by ensuring the highest possible level of customer happiness by understanding the needs of the customer with intuitive or directive conversation and questioning techniques. Assists project team in predicting project risks and assists in Root Cause Analysis when unforeseen issues/risks threaten the success of the project. Qualifications: Four year college degree in MIS or similar field preferred. Equivalent experience considered. Aptitude to quickly become a TimeClock Plus systems expert. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Public speaking experience or aptitude to become a great on-site communicator. Strong logical, analytical, and reasoning abilities. Demonstrates organizational skills while working on multiple projects. Strong understanding of technical designs, database structures, and specifications, with an ability to transform abstract customer needs into system solutions. Strong analytical and software management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into a project plan. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight and weekends. Ability to independently research and learn new technologies. Experience with business operating procedures and accounting and/or payroll systems preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Databases, Microsoft Server operating systems, and networking a plus.
