Job Title: React Developer (OSS/BSS)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled React Developer with experience in OSS/BSS (Operations Support Systems/Business Support Systems) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces for OSS/BSS applications that enable the operation and management of telecommunications networks and services. As a React Developer specializing in OSS/BSS, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and efficient software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our telecom infrastructure.
Responsibilities:Design and develop user interfaces for OSS/BSS applications using React.js and related libraries and frameworks.Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.Implement front-end components and features to support telecom network operations, service fulfillment, service assurance, billing, customer management, and network inventory.Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end systems and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility across different devices and browsers.Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of front-end code.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in front-end development, OSS/BSS, telecom, and user experience design to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Work closely with back-end developers, testers, and other team members to deliver integrated software solutions on time and within budget.Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience as a React Developer, with a focus on building user interfaces for OSS/BSS applications in the telecom industry.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and React.js, with experience working with Redux or other state management libraries.Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, Sass/Less, and responsive design principles.Experience with front-end build tools and package managers, such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming concepts.Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices, with experience collaborating with designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with diverse stakeholders.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries, such as Angular, Vue.js, or TypeScript.Familiarity with UI testing frameworks and tools, such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.Understanding of telecom networks, protocols, and OSS/BSS systems.Experience with containerization and cloud-native development.
