We're partnered with the local municipality, the San Antonio Water Systems (SAWS). They're seeking a Sr. Mobile Developer with a completed bachelor's degree and 6+ year's mobile design and development experience in Android, iOS, Azure, C#, .NET 4.6+ framework along with any projects in Xamarin (JSON) technology. The objective of the Sr. Mobile Developer role is to consolidate technologies into a single stack of real-time functions and solutions in SAWS' mobile platform with Xamarin. Currently, the SAWS Agile/SCRUM development does not have Xamarin experience, and they need a Sr. Mobile Developer with Xamarin hands-on implementation experience and maintenance background. The SAWS mobile app user-interface (UI) consists of business customers selecting home requirements of water service along with SAWS home water supply design recommendations for households. The Sr. Mobile Developer would also have to serve as on-call support throughout the weekends in case there are any remedies needed for disaster recovery of SAWS' mobile website. In the interview process, you would need to demonstrate hands-on development in C#, .NET 4.6+ framework and Xamarin in addition to steps of troubleshooting and debugging code in a serverless cloud environment (Azure). SAWS requires a weekly hybrid schedule including one day on-site in their San Antonio office, and four days remote. This is a five-month contract-to-hire opportunity starting September 5, 2023.

The two-step interview process begins with an MS Teams video call from SAWS' HR. Dept., then an MS Teams video interview with SAWS' Project Manager and Development Team including a hands-on coding exercise in C#, .NET 4.6 framework and Xamarin. An offer letter is anticipated by August 28, 2023, to start on-site on day one September 5, 2023.

The max pay rate is $60/hour (C2C; NON-NEGOTIABLE).
