Job Description

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure/ Security Project Manager for a contract-to-hire role in Littleton, CO.

In this role you will be is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Infrastructure IT security projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of the Infrastructure and Operations ProgramPresent and negotiate with customer, senior management, and IT teamsFacilitate the definition of program scope, goals and deliverablesCreate Governance, Executive Status Reports, and RoadmapsDevelop full scale Program plans working with various IT and Business teamsAssemble and coordinate Program staff and manage program resource allocationPlan and schedule program timelines and necessary weekly/daily or ad hoc meetingsTrack program deliverables and fill out the program RAID using appropriate toolsProvide direction and support to Infrastructure/Ops program team and coordinate with the IT Program managersConstantly monitor and report on progress of the program to all stakeholdersPresent reports defining program progress, problems and solutions, and perform risk managementImplement and manage program changes and interventions to achieve program outputsProvide program evaluations and assessment of results throughout and post project deploymentQualifications

7+ years of Program Management experience - preferably in Infrastructure, Operations, and Security5+ years in ITAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with IT management, software development and test teams, and infrastructure teamsKnowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of program managementKnowledge of technical hardware program management techniques and toolsKnowledge of working with Vendor SOWs, RFPs, and contractsWorking knowledge of IT systems, Agile, and SDLCDirect work experience in technical infrastructure and security program management capacity and vendor managementProven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change managementSolid experience with GSuite, Visio, and MSProjectAbility to communicate effectively with senior level executives.Strong negotiation/facilitation skills with an ability to gain consensusAbility to consult with customers at a business level.Ability to translate and communicate a customer's strategic opportunities into requirements for the technical teamsExcellent written and presentation skills and strong decision making skillsAbility to facilitate solutions in a complex IT technology and business environment and able to adapt quickly to change.Ability to manage customer expectations throughout the program implementation and delivery process.Ability to work on teams in a lead and participative capacity with many different and diverse stakeholders.Formal knowledge of Program management principles, processes, and toolsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or related degreePMP certification and Advanced Degree preferredDesired Knowledge Areas:

Microsoft Active Directory / Exchange emailUNIX servers, SQL servers, Windows servers and clientsNAS and SAN StorageData networking

Additional Information

This contract-to-hire role will be onsite in Littleton, CO. Interviews can be done over the phone or video if outside of Colorado, however, this role will need to be onsite/in-person in Colorado. The work will be performed during normal business hours (9:00 am- 5:00pm) Monday through Friday in the office (there are no remote options for this role). Upon conversion to a full time employee, this role will pay between $125,000- $135,000 per year (depending on experience).
