Our client

is a captive Managed Services organization offering core business services to over 200 global companies within the portfolio of an Investment firm.The ERP Platform Engineer Dynamics D365 F&O, ensures the optimal use of our ERP systems to meet our global business and functional requirements.

The ERP Platform Engineer is responsible for

preparing and applying version upgrades across all production and non-production environments

while navigating multiple implementations and projects running in parallel. The candidate will work with the various stakeholders in technology and the operating companies to

perform data refreshes and post data refresh tasks

when requested.

The ERP Platform Engineer will

manage the Lifecycle Services (LCS) asset libraries

and work closely with Product and Implementation teams to coordinate efforts

deploying customizations into non-production environments for user acceptance testing and promoting successfully evaluated packages to production.

The candidate will communicate and coordinate with internal and external project managers, on-site and remote development teams, and the extended user community to

schedule environment downtime.

This role reports to the ERP Platform Manager and is part of the growing ERP Team that supports users in the United Kingdom, the United States and elsewhere.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:Prepare and apply version upgrades

to all production and non-production environments.Work with Product and Implementation teams to

deploy customization packages to non-production and production environments.Manage the Lifecycle Services Asset Libraries.Communicate with internal and external project managers, portfolio company management, on-site and remote development teams, and the extended user community to

coordinate upgrade, data refresh, downtime, and post upgrade and restore tasks.Provide technical expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance & Operations.Proactively identify improvement or optimization opportunities

based on best practices especially in areas where automation is possible.Manage non-production environments with data synchronization, automated backups, and decommissioning of environments no longer in use.Manage small projects

according to the company's PMO framework.Keep up to date on the latest process and ERP system advancements to automate and modernize.Degree in Information Technology or related field required5 - 8 years of experience leading data migration activities within Dynamics 365 in a Global ERP environment.MS certified with hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations.Experience working with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to

interact with all levels within an organization and across multiple geographies.Good knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS), and SQL server reporting services (SSRS) a

plus .Strong MS Office skills across PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.bility to work independently as well as with a team collaboratively and within deadlines.Familiarity with D365 third-party products, such as SKG Treasury Automation suite, FastPath Security Module, Medius Procurement & AP automation process a strong

plus.Familiarity with ticket systems such as Jira Service Desk a

plus.
