Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other related fields.6-8 years of experience in development of enterprise level web applications2-3+ years in developing complex workflow-based applications in Appian.Strong communication and social skills to interact with a global user base.
Core Competency Requirements:
Should have worked on one or more end-to-end Appian BPM implementation (Design/Develop/Deploy/Package).Hands-on development on Appian BPM applications. Should be able to quickly write and test SAIL code.Good understanding of Appian Objects such as Record Types, Sites, Actions, Security, Expression Rules, , Query Rules, Web API, Complex Data Types, Process Models, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, etc.Familiarity with Appian Integrations, Appian Plug-InsShould be able to effectively contribute in the area of screen and workflow designs for moderate sized projects.Should be able to leverage Appian technical documentation and Appian user community to build new prototypes as required.Code, configure, debug, unit test, integration test and document application enhancements.Support the development of user guides for new projects and enhancements.Analyze, debug and revise existing application logic difficulties and update documentation as necessary.Assist project teams in estimating durations for tasks, deliverables and activities.Adhere to organizational policies, standards and best practices in application development, documentation, and maintenance that support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) following Agile iterative development approach.Preferred Competency Requirements:Appian Level 2 Credential.Working knowledge of the Agile development methodologies.Understand the CI/CD methodologies and be able to effectively implement the sustainable DevOps processes using appian platform
