Project/Focus:PLANT Payment Services TeamDeliver the needed functionality in support of the Payment Services modules like ACH, Draft Processing, Lockbox, Remote Payments, etc. for the delivery of PLANT (Loan Accounting/ Loan Servicing) to the Farm Credit System.
Key Experience(s)
Prior experience as a Business Systems AnalystUnderstanding of Agile (SCRUM) practicesStory writing in Agile formats, in particular for system to system scenariosPreviously run or contributed to discovery interviewsPrevious work on FISERV products, specifically DNA, Fiserv Architect, Deposit Solutions, and/or Payroll ManagerPrevious experience working on projects related to cloud platforms or file processing/managementKey Skill(s):
Good communicator, both written and verbalWell organized, with attention to detailVisionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at handKey Technology /Certification(s):
None RequiredCSPO a plusSAFe certified a plusADO experience a plusKey Responsibilities:• Actively manage product backlog• Research and capture requirements for User Stories• Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews• Write stories and acceptance criteria• Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.)• Sit as a proxy for the Product Owner when needed• Pull analytical data as needed in support of feature development• QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving the feature to UAT
