The Quantitative Developer will have the opportunity to work in one of our offices on strategy development and code optimization. We are seeking a candidate that is searching for an opportunity to make a real impact, deliver value, and work within an experienced team.
Your impact:
Partner with the team to build, optimize, and evolve the firms' current research pipeline and strategy developmentIdentify potential areas for optimization and performance enhancements through research; including, but not limited to suggestions for the ongoing maintenance and improvement of code qualityBuild components and new infrastructure to maintain new trading strategies and exhausting the testing and debugging skills as part of the development processWork directly with traders and developer to provide realistic project timelines and estimates and ensure team accountabilityStay current on industry developments and trends to maintain ongoing business awareness and a competitive edgeYour skills:
A Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree with more than 2 years of experience with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or a similar fieldExperience coding in C++ and PythonStrong organizational and software architecture skills with a proven understanding of optimizing and profiling strategiesAbility to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects at one time
