Java Backend Developer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for TCOO. This individual will act in the highest technical capacity as an individual contributor and lead other engineers for the development of complex computer applications and initiatives. The candidate will need to have a thorough understanding of available technologies and tools, including but not limited to: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Kafka, PCF/Azure Cloud, and MongoDB. This is not a remote position. It is expected that this individual will work at one of the locations indicated in this description. In addition, we cannot consider individuals seeking sponsorship or visa transfers.In this role, you will:Need to have working experience in system development methodologies like Scrum.bility to utilize a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.nalyze highly complex business requirements and have the ability to write a complex functional system design to meet business requirements.Highest level individual contributor as a developer on projects, work with various technology partners and work with Principal Engineers and architects to understand different technology solutions, providing technology recommendations, implementing and support postproduction support.Develop new documentation for departmental procedures, training and user guides.ssures quality, security, business continuation plan and compliance requirements are met and documented for supported areaRequired Qualifications, US:5+ years of experience with full Software Development Life Cycle using Agile, Iterative and/or Waterfall methodologies.5+ years of Java, Spring Boot, Micro Services, React, MongoDB, KAFKA, JunitDesired Qualifications:5+ years of technical design experienceDisplay competency in: HTML, CSS, Java Script, REST API,Gradle, NOSQLStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Should demonstrate analytical, decision-making and troubleshooting skills.Experience creating sizing or work estimatesExposure to database data modelingExperience in using source control tools like GitHubpplications knowledge within financial service or payment including Home Equity Lines and Loans, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Retail Loans, Business Loans, Automobile, and Educational Loans is highly desiredn industry-standard technology certification in JavaDemonstrated experience within our modern technology stack including Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, Microservices, Kafka, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Splunk, AppDyanamics, Selenium, Cloud Technologies (PCF/Azure), Oracle, MSSQL, and MongoDB
