What You’ll Do
As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be on the forefront of our customer's transformation to cloud-based architectures. The Cloud Solution Architect is responsible for the design and implementation of efficient applications and services for cloud platforms like Windows Azure and AWS. This is a technical customer-facing role that will be accountable for the end-to-end customer cloud implementation and deployment experience. You will improve your abilities to think creatively, design solutions, and interact with customers. You will also hone your technical, management and consulting skills by participating in large projects and benefiting from the vast knowledge of your teammates.
Job Summary
The Solution Architect will provide guidance and support for the integrated solutions in the client’s CRM ecosystem and will address clients’ business requirements and solve business problems, with the ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the client to analyze business and technical requirements and design end-to-end integrated solutions using Siebel, Azure and other applications Provide guidance and support for the existing Siebel and integrated applications Resolve functional and technical issues Work with client to define a future architecture roadmap for potentially moving away from Siebel, moving to the cloud, and modernizing the customer facing technology in general
Required Skillss
10+ years of experience in complex Solution Architecture rolesStrong knowledge with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, including some Siebel and Dynamics 365, and other customer facing applications (sales, service, etc.)Strong knowledge on integrating with applications (Oracle EBS / Oracle CX Cloud / Oracle Fusion Middleware / Service Cloud)Strong knowledge of CRM configurations (including Oracle) and integrations with other applicationsSome experience with Oracle Siebel applicationsShould have worked on at least three End-to-End implementation ProjectsAbility to understand business requirements and convert them into design documents following the best practicesShould have experience in requirement gathering and implementing solutionsExcellent communications skills for direct interactions with client key stakeholdersCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsExperience using mobile tools and applicationsNice to have:
