Key Responsibilities• Shape overall strategy for solution architecture while aligning architecture with business needs• Partner with product lead engineer and technical architect regularly to ensure implementations are aligned to architecture design• Work with product group engineer to identify platform opportunities• Provides technical consultation on various aspects of SF Service Cloud/CRM Projects based on business requirements• Responsible for designing/architecting the solution and POC with the help of development• Validates solution components and provides solution walkthrough with business
